By installing or using the software (jv16 PowerTools 2013), you agree to all of the
following terms.

The software is provided "as is", the entire risk as to results and performance
of jv16 PowerTools 2013 is assumed by you. Under no circumstances will Macecraft
Software or its licensors be liable for any direct or indirect damage.

By accepting these terms, Macecraft Software grants you the following rights:

1. Usage. You may install and use jv16 PowerTools 2013
in so many computers that the license you own allows you to.

Note:
If you don't know with how many computers your current license
allows you to use jv16 PowerTools 2013 you can find that out by starting
jv16 PowerTools 2013 and pressing the F12 key from your keyboard.

2. Personal usage. If you, or the company you work for, owns a License
for jv16 PowerTools 2013 you may, in such case, install and use
jv16 PowerTools 2013 in your home computer under the
same license. In such case, your home computer must be owned and
used only by you or the members of your family.

3. Privacy. Macecraft Software hasn't implemented any mechanism ("Spyware")
to jv16 PowerTools 2013 which would collect sensitive information from
your computer and then would automatically send the information to
Macecraft Software without your knowledge or permission.

4. Basic security. Macecraft Software hasn't implemented any mechanism
("Trojan Horse" / "Backdoor") which would allow Macecraft Software to
take full control of your computer without your knowledge or permission.

5. Re-sell this License. You have the right to sell your legal right to use
jv16 PowerTools to any third party at any price you wish. After such sale,
the legal right to use jv16 PowerTools will be fully and ultimately transferred
to the third party and you don't any longer have any legal right to the software
under the same License and therefore you must stop using the software under the
same License and destroy all possible copies you have of it and the License file
("license.xbin"). You can re-sell one license only one time, after the sale your
legal right to use the software ends.
You are NOT allowed to:

1. Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise
attempt to reconstruct or discover the source code, or any parts
of it, or discover or reconstruct any mechanism, algorithm or
a protocol from the binaries of jv16 PowerTools 2013.

2. Reverse engineer or otherwise attempt to reconstruct or
discover the source code, or any parts of it, or discover
or reconstruct any mechanism, algorithm or a protocol from
the jv16 PowerTools 2013 by running any kind of special
monitoring software, such as registry monitoring software,
or analysing software, such as "SoftICE" or other such tool.

3. Use a program, source code, mechanism, method, protocol or
algorithm to bypass or to break jv16 PowerTools 2013' security
features, license validation, license creation routines,
methods or algorithms, or any parts of them.

4. Create derivative works based on jv16 PowerTools 2013 (e.g. incorporate
jv16 PowerTools 2013 in a commercial product or service without a proper
license), except that you may create translations of the program and its
help files.

5. Remove any product identification, copyright, proprietary
notices or labels from jv16 PowerTools 2013.

6. Distribute, re-distribute, rent, lease or sell the licensed
version of jv16 PowerTools 2013 or any portions of it or the license
itself, the "license.xbin" file, or any portions of the
license or the "license.xbin" file without a written permission
from Macecraft Software.

7. Rent or lease jv16 PowerTools 2013, any portions of it
or its license, or any portions of a license without written
permission from Macecraft Software.

8. Distribute jv16 PowerTools 2013 in any other form than in the
official distribution packages without a written permission
from Macecraft Software.

Macecraft Software is under no obligation to maintain, support or
update jv16 PowerTools 2013 in any ways, or to provide updates or error
corrections.

However, if you have purchased technical support from Macecraft Software
for this product will Macecraft Software then provide technical assistance
according to the terms of the contract.

The free trial version of jv16 PowerTools 2013 may be freely distributed
provided that it is not modified in any ways and that the original distribution
packages remain intact with all accompanying files, and provided that no fee is
charged (except for any reasonable fees necessary to cover costs of
distribution media), and that this license agreement is not violated
in any ways.
